2 Days / 1 Night Baler Itinerary and Expenses

Here's our itinerary and expenses on our 2 Days / One Night weekend trip in Baler.  Sharing... :)



Itinerary:

Day 1	Saturday
1:00AM	ES Transport Bus Terminal in Cubao EDSA-Cubao to Cabanatuan
3:30AM	Arrival in CabanatuanTerminal / Market
3:45AM	Non-aircon van Cabanatuan to Baler
6:45AM	Arrival in Sabang Beach, Baler
6:50AM	Arrival in Aliya Surf Resort
7:00AM	Relax, picture taking, waiting while preparing the room
8:00AM	Breakfast / Room check in / Rest
10:00-10:30AM	Start of Tour (Museo De Baler, Aurora House, Baler Church, Ermita Hill)
1:00PM	Lukso - lukso Islet / Diguisit Beach
2:00PM	Super late lunch at a carenderia near Baler Market
2:30PM	Off to Ditumabo Falls trike + trek(20-30mins)
3:40PM	Arrival in Ditumabo Falls - swimming mode!
4:50PM	Trek & trike back to Sabang beach
5:50PM	Arrival in Sabang Beach
6:15PM	Rest at Bay's Inn Restaurant for dinner
7:30PM	Arrival of Food, food trip + chitchat
8:30PM	Back to Resort
9:00PM	Night swimming, tambay session, take a shower etc.
11:00PM	Sleep
Day 2	Sunday
7:00AM	Wake up. Prepare for surfing time.
7:30AM	Coffee moment, order breakfast (to served after surfing)
8:15AM	Start of surfing
9:15AM	Done 1 hour of surfing, picture picture!
9:30AM	Breakfast
10:30AM	Surfing again, another 1 hr set (1 trainor for 2 of us - 30mins each)
11:30AM	Off to Buy Pasalubong
12:00PM	Preparation for check out, packing, shower etc.
2:00PM	Check out
2:10PM	Late lunch at Rolling Store
2:40PM	Off to Balete Tree
3:20PM	Arrival in Balete Tree, explore
4:30PM	Back to Baler going home
5:10PM	Arrival in Baler, eat snack, wait for next van
5:45PM	Van back to Cabanatuan
9:00PM	Arrival in Cabanatuan, Bus to Manila
12:30AM	Arrival in Manila

TIPS:

• Pasalubong Center at Baler Market closes early so buy as early as possible.
• Contact Genesis Bus if you can buy tickets in advance.
• Negotiate tricycle rates for your tour.
• Start the tour early to maximize your time touring around especially if you only have limited time in Baler.
• Expect beachfront restaurants offered by famous beach resorts might served late food so be patient.
• Dicasalarin Cove is owned by the Angara clan, you may reach it without fee if you're staying at Bahia De Baler, otherwise you have to pay Php 400 each.  Lucky if you got there without the guard seeing you :)
• Wear sunblock and rashguard while surfing for protection.
